Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
All orders are shipped with standard insurance of $500 only to the billing address corresponding to the address associated with your payment method. If you require higher insurance coverage or a delivery that requires an adult’s signature on delivery, please contact by filling the form on our customer service page.

In stock orders will ship within 2 business days. Almost all jewelry is made to order. If the product you ordered is not in stock, the production time will be approximately 2-5 business days after you place your order.
If your order is a rush, please contact us by filling the form on our customer service page and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order’s production time.
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Izyel due to multiple failed delivery attempts.
Our designers brands and izyel.com or Izyel Jewelry are not responsible for customs and duty charges. For all international orders the consumer is responsible for any customs and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. Since our warehouses are located in the EU, customs and duty fees may arise for your orders placed outside the EU. It is the customer’s responsibility to research the amount exempt from customs and duty fees. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by DHL before or after your package can be delivered. Izyel is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

If this is a gift that will not arrive on time, we will send the recipient an email stating that you have purchased a gift for him or her, just when the item should arrive at the recipient. We will not tell the recipient which gift you purchased. To increase the excitement, the gift will remain a secret between us until it reaches the recipient.
